WE GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF OUR COFFEE.
Our Crane Coffee selections are of the highest quality. Pictures used on our website are for illustration purpose only. All Crane is roasted on a weekly basis.
Each order is carefully packed to arrive at your door step in the best condition.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER.
The weight of the product is carefully monitored for accuracy. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.


WE ASK YOU TO NOTIFY US OF PROBLEMS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

(We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)

THE GUARANTEE NEVER COVERS loss of items during shipment due to the delivery address you gave us when you ordered is wrong, and this causes your order delivery to fail. Make sure to double check your shipping address when you place your order.  We will not be obligated to provide a free replacement to you.
